Quick Start
- First launch: complete the Welcome wizard — verify your email and let Kantrad download AI models. Details
- Import DICOM files: File → Open File or Open Folder (Cmd+O / Cmd+Shift+O)
- Select a study: Click on a study in the left panel to expand series
- View images: Click a series to load it in the viewer
- Write report: Use the report editor on the right panel
- Export PDF: Click Review → Export PDF

Need Help?
- In-app - Click the lifebuoy icon in the top-right, or Help → Contact Support…. Open new tickets, attach screenshots / log files, and review past conversations. Full walkthrough on the Account & Support page.
- By email - Once support has replied to one of your tickets, you can continue by replying to that email. Keep the
[#NN]reference in the subject and your reply threads back into the same ticket automatically. - Lost license / locked out - Re-verify your email from the Welcome screen. See If your access stops working.
